ZE52 conveying element is standard modular screw spare part matching ZE52 parallel twin screw extruder. It adopts integrated CNC machining with standard involute spline inner bore, fully interchangeable with original ZE52 screw assembly.
This conveying screw segment features wide-pitch smooth spiral curved surface, large deep flow channel without sharp shear edges. It focuses on stable forward material transportation with low shear force, effectively avoiding material backflow, dead zone and blockage during extrusion processing.
