SK 96/96 forward conveying elements are special large-pitch feeding screw blocks for Ky SK96 series co-rotating parallel twin screw extruders. The model code 96/96 means pitch 96mm, effective axial length 96mm, standard single flight forward spiral design.
We design this SK conveying element with cut flat feeding surface on spiral edge. It holds more solid raw material at feed throat, eliminates material bridging and backflow completely, delivers 20%-30% higher throughput than standard equal-pitch conveying blocks.
