CWJ45 twin screw side feeder is compact auxiliary feeding equipment customized to match KY52 twin screw extruders. It adopts twin segmented self-wiping screws made of D2 alloy steel. The unit stably conveys glass fiber, talcum powder, calcium carbonate and various inorganic fillers during plastic granulation.

The whole machine features adjustable stand height and mobile casters for flexible field layout. It delivers stable 100kg/h feeding output under 300rpm screw speed, protecting the main extruder barrel and screw from severe abrasion.
