CPJ58 side feeder is a co-rotating twin screw side feeding machine with built-in degassing structure, specially matched with KY65, KY75 twin screw extruders for plastic granulation and puffed food production lines.
Equipped with original SEW drive motor and segmented self-wiping twin screw, the screw barrel adopts D2 wear-resistant steel with integrated wear-proof liner. The machine runs stably at max 100rpm screw speed, standard feeding output reaches 100kg/h, max material handling capacity hits 850L/h. It features independent vacuum degassing module to eliminate air bubbles inside fillers, effectively improve finished plastic and food product compactness.
The whole machine installs height-adjustable mobile bracket with casters, overall dimension 1300*650*1230mm. All contact parts adopt anti-corrosion wear-resistant steel, compatible with glass fiber, calcium carbonate, talcum powder, puffed food raw materials and various inorganic fillers.
