TEX58 & TEX65 45° Dispersion Kneading Block is the core mixing modular component for TEX58 and TEX65 intermeshing co-rotating twin screw extruders. The discs are arranged at a 45° staggered offset angle, achieving balanced dispersive mixing and distributive mixing.

Compared with 30° kneading blocks, it delivers stronger shear force to break filler agglomerates; compared with 60° /90° kneading blocks, it retains stable forward conveying capacity and effectively controls frictional heat accumulation, lowering thermal degradation risk for heat-sensitive polymers.

The element adopts twin-flight self-wiping geometry to eliminate material stagnant dead zones and avoid carbon buildup. Standard internal spline ensures full interchangeability with all matching TEX58 / TEX65 screw elements, freely combined with conveying segments, barrier elements and reverse screw segments to build customized screw layouts for melting and mixing zones.

Multiple wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant material grades are selectable. Precision CNC machining guarantees consistent intermeshing clearance and long-term stable compounding performance.
