Our full-size range twin screw extruder kneading blocks cover outer diameters from mini lab 12mm up to industrial large-scale 300mm, core mixing modular components for all co-rotating parallel twin screw extruders. Manufactured with five-axis CNC precision machining, these kneading discs adopt intermeshing lobe design to deliver controllable high shear force and outstanding distributive & dispersive blending performance, solving uniform mixing difficulties for filled polymers, masterbatch, modified plastics and eco-friendly composite materials.
Available in four standard offset angles: KB30°, KB45°, KB60°, KB90°, each set of kneading discs forms independent shear intensity to match different extrusion formulas. The inner involute spline hole is processed strictly to original equipment standards, realizing fully interchangeable replacement for JSW TEX, Leistritz ZSE, Berstorff and other mainstream extruder brands. All kneading blocks support customized outer diameter, length, spline tooth count and lobe thickness within the 12mm–300mm size range to meet lab trial, medium production and heavy industrial granulation lines.
